Fase Gustativa: se encuentra la frescura descubierta en la nariz, entrada y paso por boca cálido, suave con un punto de acidez, en el post gusto vuelve a recordar a fruta, que hace invitar a beber más.
Maridaje/armonía: acompañante perfecto de aperitivos, con sabores suaves, frutos secos, quesos suaves, pescados a la plancha, incluso atreverse con algún postre no excesivamente dulce y elaborado a base de fruta.
