Fase olfativa: Muy fragante, con predominio de notas de frutas tropicales y con un punto de acidez como manzana verde, pera.
Fase gustativa: entrada suave, paso equilibrado por boca, sin que destaque mucho la acidez. El psotgusto es largo, recordando un el paso del tiempo a frutas con hueso, melocotón.
Maridaje: perfecto para acompañar cualquier producto del mar, aperitivos, frutos secos.
