El innovador método del “ROTONAGE” hace que este vino sea único en el mundo. Este método se realiza en un único movimiento circular diario de 180 grados/s. Este método confiere al vino un cuerpo y un equilibro en boca singular y único.
Variedad: Doña blanca malvasía.
Edad del viñedo: Pre filoxérico
Tipo de suelo: Arenoso simple.
Añada: 2021
Fermentación: En barricas de 300 L
Maduración: 9 meses en barrica, con batonage.
Fase Visual: vino blanco color amarillo pajizo, con ribete que tira más hacia el dorado, con una intensidad en color media alta.
Fase Olfativa: una nariz muy intensa, fragante con aromas de frutas maduras, notas tropicales incluso con notas tostadas , ahumados.
Fase Gustativa: entrada muy suave en boca y un paso muy cálido, sin puntas que destaquen, en el postgusto vuelve a notarse esa fruta intensa, dulce. Vino persistente en nariz y en boca.
Maridaje: con pastas, verduras, setas,quesos semicurados o curados, carnes a la plancha pescados a la plancha no grasos.
