Visual phase: clean, bright, not very intense yellow colour with a transparent rim.
Nose: Very fragrant, with a predominance of tropical fruit notes and a touch of acidity such as green apple and pear.
Tasting phase: Smooth entry, balanced passage through the mouth, without much acidity. The aftertaste is long, reminiscent of stone fruits, peach.
Food pairing: perfect with any seafood, aperitifs, dried fruits and nuts.
