The innovative method of "ROTONAGE" makes this wine unique in the world. This method is done in a single 180-degree daily circular motion. This method gives the wine a singular and unique body and balance in the mouth.
Variety: Doña blanca malvasía.
Vineyard age: Pre phylloxera
Type of soil: Simple sandy.
Vintage: 2021
Fermentation: In 300 L barrels
Maturation: 9 months in barrels, with batonage.
Visual: A White wine with a yellow straw color, a golden color at the edge and a medium high intensity in color.
Olfactory: It is very intense and fragant with aromas of ripe fruits, tropical notes and even with toasty and smoky notes.
Tasting: Very soft entry in the mouth and a very warm mouthfeel without highlighting peaks and in the aftertaste it can be perceived again that intense and sweet fruit.
It is a persistent wine on the nose and on the palate.
Pairing: With pasta, vegetables, mushrooms, semi-cured or cured cheeses, grilled meats and non-oily grilled fish.
