Visual: Bright, clean, intense in color and medium-high layer, quite compact rim and very intense deep-red color. 

Olfactory: Very high aromatic intensity, there is a clear presence of wild black fruits without shaking the glass, as for example blackberries or even cherries, ripe fruit but with a pleasant point of maturity. 

Tasting: Powerful entry, fresh and fairly balanced (acidity-sugar-tannins and alcohol).

Pairing / harmony: Toasts made with local bread. Mushrooms and local meats without excessive flavoring, semi-mature cheeses and even desserts made with milk chocolate.
